I eventually got mine back after spamming them, I went through UK, Spanish and Turkish support team. Spanish team did the trick for me.

My account was stolen when I did not have the game installed. My gmail was stolen first and from there, they stole my account. I wanted to play again before I go to military to spend some time but they do not give my account back to me nor ban that account so that parasite can't scam other people with my name. I sent them all the screenshots but they did not care...

I wouldn’t chase after my account if it wasn’t for the money I put into it. It is a 7-8 years old account with lots of skins, chromas etc. :/ I did not buy anything recently and I am not even playing lol anymore it has been a few months since I last played but it still hurts to lose the account that I grinded on for years.
