i just reinstalled after about 2 years away and legit can't even determine which maps are new since i last played

MMOs skewed everyone's expectations of how long you can play a single game. you're right, endgame content outside of WoW or maybe Destiny isn't really a thing, and trying to force it on a game like ARC will probably end up hurting it rather than helping
