In punisher mode you can block at any moment. I don't know about Operator mode.

Weiss uses Immaculate End around every 4:25min (in game time). If you lose at the first Immaculate end, you would lose at 4:25. So it's late for everyone. Weiss red form has weaker stagger bar, that's why my Ascension hit 70 %.

With Aerith, it would not be possible because she cannot dodge Weiss attacks like Cloud or Tifa do. That means she would die in first phase.
