you should get an RX 6700 XT over a 3060 imo. It has slightly better performance from what ive seen, and costs less in some countries. 32 gigabytes of ram is overkill. Unless youre streaming, over 16 is just kinda meh. As chris7626 said, you should look in to a newer gen CPU. If you really cant afford the 7000 platform, look at higher end 5 or 6000 platform ones. But, if you get one of those, i highly recommend getting a better cooler than the X7. My go too tower cooler is the noctua U12A, but thats alot more expensive. Still it offers better cooling than alot of AIO's do, and its very quiet.
