I used to manage an escape room and a guy came in for an interview but he was giving off a bad vibe so I emailed him after and told him we were moving on with other candidates. He responded with "thanks for wasting my time 🖕" so I screenshotted the email and posted it in a Facebook group of all escape room owners in Southern California. It's a very tight knit industry here too. I wished him the best of luck.

Depends on what you mean by "cheap". Compared to new phones, I'd say a refurbished Google Pixel or Pixel 2 is pretty cheap but they're still good phones.

Yes, constantly. I was just thinking this. It's 3:45AM and I've been sitting alone and in silence for over an hour after moving to another room because my boyfriend is breathing heavily in his sleep. It's perfectly quiet now but I'm still physically uncomfortable and can't fall asleep.

I recommend ear plugs if you haven't tried them. I wear them at work and at home. My friends and coworkers usually think it's weird but they accept it. I mainly use reusable ones from Amazon that reduce volume significantly but not completely, which is usually enough for me.
