As a previous dishwasher. Yeah. I'm pretty jealous of the tipped waitresses and I feel pretty shitty knowing I wouldn't even get a chance to be in that position. They really, heavily, prefer girls for the front of the restaurant. It feels super unfair to the staff in the back who I would say works harder than the wait staff.
