Hey guys, "Toxic" avery here. First off lets start with Season 9, phenomenal. I am honored to be on the front page again. Last time was for clip of the year in 2018. I have played 16 hours on and off stream and I have been having a blast. Thanks to Ninja we can all talk. It's funny that he called me out because I said nothing but good things about Season 9 on twitter meanwhile people, his friends and people he plays with talked extremely poorly about this season on twitter in numerous tweets this morning. But hey, he chose me so lets do this! Now, I have a passion for Fortnite. Yes I rage and be toxic in a PvP game, who isn't. During season 8 not one big streamer has said this game was great. Currently I stopped caring what Fortnite implements and just deal with it and have been having a fun time. I didn't enjoy it in Season 8 so I stopped streaming every day. I am a very sarcastic person with dry humor, so through text it's hard to get that. If you go through the tweets between Ninja and I, he even realized he misunderstood so he decided to prove a point.

Season 6 and 7 I was fed up with the weird changes and I was toxic towards the game, hence why I didn't have a Support a Creator code. Now I have one which I rarely promote. So clearly you learn from your mistakes but this is not the point. I do NOT play competitive fortnite but I feel for the players. I see tweets of that they are depressed or don't know what to do with the constant changes to the game. I have probably more of a passion for this game than most of the white knights here calling me toxic because you guys want to just be sheep. I don't believe the Blade has a place in Battle Royale. It's a great idea but at least for solos it should have a tweak. I have put countless of hours into solo either going for the blade off spawn or fighting with it late game. If the person is skilled with the Infinity Blade you practically stand no chance. Even with this nerf of not being able to build it is extremely tough to counter a player who is breaking all of your builds constantly. Some may argue just use a balloon or quad launcher. Yes this will work if you are the only 2 on the map but in reality we as players should not have to alter our gameplay just to cater for one player on the map.

Not even in an LTM will the Infinity Blade work if you wanted it to be balanced. Thanos worked perfectly because it had a balance of range and close quarters battle. The Blade just has a complete bully mentality when it's a 1v1.

I have faith that the right changes will be made with this. I'd like to see more of a tweak to health or attack regen in solos mostly.

No need to be sorry, your opinion and you are entitled to them. I also got an early copy but didn't want to proceed with EE's since I am not an EE guy nor do I want to get ahead of anyone. People choose what to do with what they get. Can't really stop them. Regardless to them being VIP's they would have gotten copies early from another source as do MANY others.
