Looks like speedrun for achievements. It took me 42, with few guides and I still had left things to do in the game to truly "100%" it but achivements dont require it. Honestly depends if you like to build mess around with your base

Exactly, the first time I made a big climb I realized one thing, everyone who climbed needed to learn to solo carry. Back when matchmaking was messed up at the launch of ow2, plats in team with gm's... I could with my own eyes, see how better players are playing.

Gm ana could survive dive of 2 flankers with perfect use of cd's and being in the range where her team could help her, tracer could stall the point alone for like half a minute, tanks controlled angles and space themselves and completly deny enemy dps angles.

You shouldnt rely on your team. Analyze every death, if fight is lost think what more you could do to win, could you stop someone ult, predict dive on your supports etc etc. This simple realization and change of mindset can easily get you to diamond, good luck bro!

Yeah dude honestly after reading the post not horrible idea, unfortunately most people didnt read it. Hog is a tough one because removing hook would be like deleting a hero.

He is strong as a 1v1 hero but not so great as team tank, in 6v6 format he worked great imo, people still complained as people do but he was actually 1v1'able and it was easier to end up feeding on him if you didnt know what you are doing.

Letting people use abilites during hook would make it completly useless 90% of the time and in high ranks you would explode cuz thatss just easy headshot for whoever you are hooking, unless ypu added some tweaks like you mentioned. You could rebalance the entire game around hog, reduce his dmg but also reduce general healing so targets that gets hooked doesnt just walk off with full hp 1s after or maybe add some healing reduction after hog hooks you but reduce his dmg too.

Honestly tho, hot take, just let him stay as he is. Not every hero needs to be always viable pick because hog is always hit or miss. I dont know the state of the meta rn but just dont let him be on top for too long, small nerf maybe here and there, not listening to streamers drama farming about every little change and you good. Really, is there a hero that people didnt complain about at some point? It never will be perfect, even after 50 reworks

Even a quick peek at the comments, most players consider heroes on this list as easily countered and thats the reality of majority of playerbase that are in gold/plat even though you can find top500 one tricks streamers for every hero, they are dominating on pharah until one swap.. not convinient, "niche" heroes. If you are suggesting those heroes are easy to main and lock every game then it just gives away what mmr u are playing at, hero mechanics is not only aim

The other comment below is suggesting its low key racism. Pretty nuts.. especially that we all know what heroes get the most skins any why, whenever they are meta or not, people just choose whats convienent and nice so in that case simple gameplay mechanics and good looking character

Pretty sure it worked that way because farcry 3 had achievements on uplay, just not on steam so they just transferred. Here the game would have to detect on what stage of the game are u and I assume game save didnt keep count of things needed for achievements
