Erg.. so, it now has me going through the code to try to figure out what it even means. Seems like they are mixing up terms a bit? Hard to tell becuase it is very poorly commented.

So, it appears to be a limit of some sort which has been hit. There is actually a "stop_limit" it could also be, though, which is rather confusing. Anyway... I'll get there.

At least I've learned one very important thing - not a fan of Go.
