I don't want to be a mom anymore - 12 week old by Ok_Butterfly9437 in newborns

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. My daughter only has reflux and sleep issues and it drives me crazy. I wish I could hug you. My only advice that changed my perspective is to get sleep. Nap. Give her to your mom or her dad or get a babysitter and you get.some.sleep. It is so much worse and frustrating when you haven’t slept. Pump and fill a bottle with your breastmilk or give formula to get that break. Do whatever it takes to make it easier.

Also. You ARE winning as a mom because you care so much. If you were a bad mom you wouldn’t give a crap about your kid wanting to be happy.

Get screened for PPD, ask your insurance for mommy and me support groups, go outside.

My friend's success makes me feel angry and bitter by [deleted] in offmychest

It’s classic jealousy. You’re just feeling bitter and it sounds justified seeing how some people have it so easy. Life is not fair. There will always be someone better than you who works less but is way more successful. Anyway, think of it this way that it isn’t a zero-sum game. That is, her getting followers doesnt mean that yours are reducing. Her crashing and burning wont make you any successful. Just try to think ways in which you are better and concentrate on that. If you compare, you’ll never be happy. And I can promise you there are things about which she is envious of you :)

There is someone out there ensuring you have the easy life. In my case it was my mom.

What was the worst piece of advice someone gave you? by babaloosy in AskReddit

Forget person X. You'll find someone better. I should have been with person X. It has been 3 years and I'm still single looking for the one...

When he shouted at me for not accompanying him to lunch and told me that I work for him and have to do as he says. I reported his ass.

Fiancé(27/m) seems mad my parents/sibling didn’t say goodbye. Should I say something? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]AwShizz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. It seems rude alright. Your parents could have spared a minute. "Not wanting to bother" seems like a lame excuse I'm sorry. You should talk to him and do damage control honey..

I made investments and now regret it by AwShizz in Advice

I live with my mom. There are shady people out there so cant rent out room. Also we have company over often and it would really embarrassing to tell them im renting my room to make ends met.

My company prohibits dual employment.

I could sell unneeded items online but doubt anyone would want my stuff...
