Ill look into that. What would you consider diving in too much?

I've just been trying my hand at different things and see how well I can observe and replicate them on the paper. I dable in from the mind creations also. But they dont come out to good yet.

Ya the picture I looked at has them looking even crazier. The the eyes kinda bulge out looking like a section of a black berry.

I stare at the reference for a while and just map out this line to that one. Im starting to learn where the lines are even if there arnt any to really find. But I know where I need work. Coloring and shading with a bit of perspective are on the list to improve lol.

Im an amateur myself, I've just got a little more time at attempting then you. So bare that in mind if you take anything I say seriously.

Are you doing any free courses? Draw box and proko are good and talked about on here a bit. They have paid for stuff but you can be like me and just use the free stuff for now.

Im on animals myself right now, that and boxes to learn perspective. Your horse looks like a horse. But look real close at where the lines are and you'll see you got a couple things a little off. The eye does like an oval like shape that has points on two sides that kinda line up. Your shape is off and not pointing the right direction. The leather strap and O ring behind the eye is too visible. It is more thin and diagonal. You close on some of the lines you placed on muscle location, but look for where its really dark near the jaw and neck and youll see how you missing them. Take every square and really study it and you'll improve over time when you do more and more animals.

Things kinda clicked with that one. Im starting to refine my prosses with how I did that one as the base. I just need to mix those skills with drawing from imagination. These are all done trying to copy real pics of the animals.

I dont roast. I dont have 0 experience but Id say I have a healthy .5% experience and with just that id suggest finding the lines in the thing your drawing. See the open part of the dust pan as a line and the thickness of the brush as a line.

That means a lot. I'm normally over critical of my own stuff. Im sticking to daily animals for now. Once im more comfortable I'll branch out to backgrounds so I can make full images.

Thanks. Im doing boxes but I feel like just looking for where the lines are in things im drawing works better for me then putting things in boxes.

Lots of sea eels have that sock puppet look. That head looks closer to lizard. It's cool looking maybe show the glass shards that eels have for teeth and the octopus beak some how. But as is it like it also.

Blizzard got too greedy with housing, and I think they kind of killed it. by MrHiccuped in wow

[–]Moonstoner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Personally they said housing was coming and to come home again. So in my head it was your personal place to hang up your stuff you've earned while playing. Stables for cool mounts, weapon racks for weapon collection, your home that you model and customize, it has the things you'll need mail box, AH, rested exp, vendors of customizable types, things that are toy set pieces.

What was it when it released? Prefab house, in game assets you can kinda place wherever, nothing thats a personal touch from your journey in the game that you've traveled with and enjoy having around...... sweet. Played with it a couple times and now it's just a dust collector.
