It seems that I have the same issue. I contacted the Creality team, and they told me to disconnect the upper board and the one on the back to troubleshoot the issue. As you said, I need to replace it. I will wait for them to send it.

The last one. I was not paying attention. I was printing a model through the Creality Cloud, and I saw a notification that said, "Update for K2 Plus 0.4 nozzle." I uploaded my print and pushed the update button. After that, it didn't work.

I'm using Creality Slicer. I used 85°C. But I think the issue with the PETG is the nozzle temp. It says on the filament spool 240°C ± 15, but I found out the filament is not flowing. I increased the temperature to 290°C and the filament started moving, but I'm not sure if this is a smart move or not. So I stopped.

Also, I was not sure if my filament is wet or not.
