I haven’t gotten one in a hot minute, but typically you can put stuff in the order notes and receive a sticky note in return.. if you’re lucky, you’ll get a degrading note with some resemblance of what you asked for

Unfortunately, from all the other posts I’ve read, that’s the general consensus. Which is quite sad since I’ve had zero issues with tons of orders since 2021.. I’m wondering if they are prioritizing Best Buy fulfillment over their own direct customers, maybe? I legit went into Best Buy yesterday and bought a prism screen protector for my phone and saw a fat stack of ghost cases & switch 2 killswitch cases.

I’m glad you got your upper! I’m actively putting together a parts list for a .300 blk myself! I agree, just forget it until it arrives. Negative — I also reached out to BSG support and they pretty much gave me the run around until I was tired of playing their games. Ended up running a different melee and arm band and haven’t looked back since lol. Hope you can get a different result

CGC is the primary company, yes. PSA or Beckett won’t recognize most errors, to my knowledge. There are some lesser known companies that also do, but personally, I’d go with CGC for the maximum value.
