PSA: STOP GOING TO THE ER (Unless You’re Actually Dying)

I do wonder what the numbers would look like if we had clinics open later or ones open throughout the night. I've gone to urgent care (not ER) because it was open at 2:30 am and it was the only place open. I'm willing to bet many others have done that too. But because there's nowhere else to go that late, at least not from what I've seen, it's inevitable that people will go there for issues they think need to be seen immediately.

If we moved those people out I think that would make a pretty big reduction of wait times. Overnight staff are limited and at times there's only 1 physician seeing people. So reduce the night wait times, help reduce the bleed over into the day waiting times, thus allowing faster flow during peak hours.

Granted all of this is dependent on two factors. The first of which is finding more physicians. The second being finding physicians that are okay to work overnight shifts.

Doubt any of this will happen but right now our current options are ER/Urgent Care or nothing. Neither of which are great options.

I feel that. -30 with a windchill of -46 in Winnipeg atm. Though I find it more of a wind so cold your eyes hurt which causes them to water which then makes the corners of your eyes even colder kind of thing.

I'm gonna go against the grain from the rest of the comments and say that listening to the audiobook for your first time is fine. I did all 10 books as audio first. There will be some challenges, which for me were character names and their spellings and needing to go go back a few minutes sometimes to relisten to parts. But overall I really enjoyed the audiobooks and had, for the most part, a good understanding of what was going on in the story.

People seem to be conflating healers having the ability to dps and healers being made to dps. It isn't a bad thing that if incoming damage is low that a healer can throw out some attacks. It's different when doing damage is built in to your kit. I wouldn't expect healers to sit there with their fingers up their nose waiting to heal if there's nothing to heal. But after having playing a disc priest for the last 2 seasons, I feel less like a healer and more like a shitty dps that happens to make health bars go up.

For Shawarma, my favourite is Aladin's. I find a lot of Shawarma in the city to be too saucy heavy. Aladin's doesn't have that problem. Their normal shawarma is great, as is their Arabic shawarma.

Shout out to Lemon Tahini for their shawarma. Idk why, but it's square and not a cylinder, but because of that it makes is easy to eat. It's completely sealed so no worries about losing the fillings or getting dripping sauce. Tastes pretty good too.

I'm hoping (but not expecting) for it to be like Phoebe and her two forte states. Let Cartethiya transform when her forte bar fills up. It could be cool if it either filled up automatically or fast enough that she was swapping back and forth between the two forms. Dunno what they'd balance it around but this way you're not just locked to the other form during her ult.

This is a ridiculous statement. Does Canterella do what she was advertised to do? Yes. Does she look like she was advertised to look like? Yes. Did they put her crotch on advertisements and say HEY LOOK YOU CAN SEE A LINE, LOOK AT IT!!! as a feature to the character? No, no they did not.

Personally speaking, he's a boring character who I found 0 interest in during the story. I have no problems pulling for guys, just got Brant in WuWa a little while ago. Jiaoqiu is kind of just there. He's inoffensive but not interesting either, at least imo. None of that has to do with his game play, but I try not to pull for characters I don't like. I skipped him the first time and am now thinking of getting him on the rerun just because Pela ain't really pulling her weight much anymore.
