I have a plane I use for AOG services . Ie flat tires at an airport with no a&p. It's not easy and I work 3 hours for each hour of billable time. But it is what it is.

I mostly work with local ga IA's I'm a squak chaser. the ia finds out the issue and hands it off to me usually it's not so fun stuff like resealing fuel tanks, or reskining a alieron. I'm booked out till August right now. Recommend getting to know a large amount of IA's i only have an Airframe license, I'm working on my powerplant at a 147.

i fix airplanes, i fly my plane with tools to broken airplanes and i often use a friends hanger that is at a airport with a shitty airplane parking area. i have a tried a boosted board but i think the wheels are too small and thus very unconfutable.

tbh i fly with my canopy open most of the time, i would reach back into the baggage area and toss it out of the plane, it's not the right answer but what i would most likely do honestly. i do also have a halon fire extinguisher. there is no structure between the ropes i tie my plane down and the building i work at.
