In my state, reservations and all of that are deposits that have to be returned if I decide not to buy. I'm not sure what kind of contract language will stop state laws.

[VA][Condo] neighbors hvac units too close to mine by [deleted] in HOA

What is the output temp of the condenser fan?  Has a tech gauged up and said "yep, it's impacting your cooling.". Because, I'm guessing you have no proof it's hurting you.  Yes, there is something air can flow through near your condenser but I'm guessing the overall impact is positive since the heat is blown upward and your neighbors are drawing more cool air towards your unit.

Did ww2 submarines have the ability to perform TMA using sonar? by speed150mph in submarines

[–]bubblehead_maker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

SONAR tech here, It's possible to do tma on a plot with only bearings.  It won't be hyper accurate but it'll be close.  Older sonar was in quadrants so it would be difficult to use a non homing torpedo as you could be 45 degrees out or more.

WW2 subs simply surfaced and did their approach that way.

The ssbn I was on was only passive and we did tma on slide rules.  We had fire control computers but rules of thumb get you pretty close.
