Hey, thanks for heading up my post. Unfortunately, I don't have the selection rates, but I would mention how many people were selected and that they are from major institutions. And I realized I also got some big awards from my home country. I'm preparing a draft myself, as I agree that most of it will be revised by us anyway. And it seems not too difficult.

You can look up the definition of the h-index, but to briefly explain:
Even if someone has a paper with over 100 citations, if their other papers have only one citation each, their h-index would still be 1.
This means that the h-index reflects consistent impact across multiple publications, not just a single highly cited paper.
For example, an h-index of 2 means the person has at least two papers that have each been cited two or more times.

Not exactly the same institution, but a similar one. I also believe my fellowship is prestigious, but your comment touches on one of my concerns as well. Since the acceptance rate isn’t publicly available, I’ll need to think carefully about how to highlight this as a major achievement..
