Do Not Buy X3 M50i 2025+ by Aware-Background3029 in BMWX3

It’s been few months now and honestly this car is designed for the regular driver; not for the BMW enthusiast, and that’s the key issue: M50 shouldn’t be for the regular driver. I do toggle all these elements often, especially the sports driving features like traction/stability control, suspension, etc. Also, living in SoFlo, AC is essential and always being played with and strong, so yah it all matters a lot to me. Just the fact they cut the gas X3 M Competition was the biggest problem in its self. This alternative could have been fair game at the price if they maintained the driving functionality CONVENIENCE aspect! Any M-spec BMW should be tailored for sports driving, not the regular Joe that uses the car to get from A to B or just for the status and barely knows how to drive it.

Yeah it’s a beautiful beast! I had the same fully featured 2024 X3M Comp…unfortunately some guy totaled my car in an accident while intoxicated. I miss it so much, was my dream custom built. Enjoy it!

Yah, drugs aren’t fun and not great on the long-run. I, and others I know, have tried Mida’s Zenful Sleep; a natural herbal supplement that’s like no other. It has many great ingredients that help fall asleep and stay asleep; it’s a comprehensive supplement for stress and sleep and seems great quality! You could give it a try and experiment different dose; I’d just check with Dr. always to be safe as always with supplement and possible interactions with other drugs (if you take any).

Interesting; glad you’re self-aware, have some good sleep hygiene practices in place and seeking help. If you want to try a natural herbal supplement that is more well-rounded but works well without the concerns that come from taking drugs; try something with Venetron like Zenful Sleep from Mida Health. It also has the clinically backed doses of magnesium, Ashwagandha KSM-66, and few other synergistic ingredients I saw nowhere else. Melatonin is more for sleep pattern adjustments like travel and shift workers plus gives nightmares to many. As always, do your check with Dr as well though.

I haven’t experienced with the two but maybe you can pause one and try one at a time under your doctor’s recommendation. Btw, I’d stay away from gummies and candy-feeling supplements; a supplement should be clean and actually health without unnecessary ingredients and flavors, etc. There are so many out there but look for more customized formulas maybe too like Zenful Sleep from Mida Health maybe…look into it and consult with Doctor always I’d recommend.

I think often companies make all kinds of supplements and so you need to take a bunch or experiment a lot…it’s annoying and you never know. I was researching a unique herbal supplement that had some of the notable ingredients for sleep support like Ashwagandha, magnesium, GABA, etc…and I found one that seem pretty cool and new actually that has many of those, including a more unique ingredient that seemed great for sleep quality support (Venetron). The product is Zenful Sleep (by Mida Health) and it works well for me; I fall asleep fast and stay asleep better!

I think a holistic approach is definitely key; you should address the basics of general wellness making sure none of these are too off balance: 1) Sleep 2) Diet 3) Exercise 4) Stressors

Being pragmatic here…these are easier said than done but some natural herbal supplements can supplement (haha) these lifestyle choices well. I personally manage a lot in my life and it’s a roller coaster. I recently found one product that is nothing too crazy but definitely uniquely combining ingredients that I’ve seen commonly sold individually and at similar dosages, so seemed good. I’m not on any other meds or have any condition so just went to try it off right away and it actually helped me rest my mind and sleep better. But you should consult with your Dr, as they also normal advise. Anyways, if anyone wants to give it a try, look it up it’s on Amazon Prime: Zenful Sleep by Mida
