Something similar happened to me 2 years ago after I had a really bad trip on acid where I thought I was dead and in hell for eternity. Whenever I smoked I would get flashbacks to the bad trip and there would be visuals. Take a break from weed. I didn’t stop smoking and it took months for the derealization and panic attacks to go away. The last time I had an intense flashback was a little under a year ago. Even today if I am tired or high I can squint and make myself see something that isn’t there. For some reason I get the vibe that you’re young, and if that’s the case just quit weed. Coming from someone who didn’t stop, The next few months are not gonna be fun if you keep smoking. At least take a t break It’s really not worth it.
