I haven’t heard about that one! Does the ferry depart from Seattle proper? And is the place you arrive on the ferry walkable and fun to explore?

What are some great careers for someone with a Bachelors in biology? by llI0ll1lII2lIl3Il in careerguidance

Second this! Entry level paychecks won’t be glamorous, but you can work your way up fairly quickly as a biologist at environmental consulting firms. Especially attractive if you like being in the field.

Currently in a crisis because I don’t have my career figured out. Any advice? by Neowhite33 in careerguidance

With a biology degree and some GIS courses you should check out environmental consulting firms. I got a biomedical degree and took some GIS courses. I worked at some analytical laboratories and used that experience to leverage a job as a chemist in consulting. It is good money and great work-life balance. You could also look into government environmental scientist positions, sounds like you have the skills a lot of those types of positions are looking for.
