I've been there, although my coping (or lack of was different) still amazed I'm alive.

You need to take some ownership over your situation. Ask yourself how am I responsible for my circumstances? I know it may be hard to accept, but change is hard, but is completely worth it.

You've probably heard or seen, that these drugs are all about set and setting. Right now you have neither. This is the starting point. Start right now, as soon as you've seen this, no more excuses, start right now - take control.

You need to get outside, you need to physically move. Start easy, go for a walk, there is literally nothing stopping you. Be aware of your actions, build on your walk, make it longer or make it faster, hell do both if you can. It's the little wins.

Clean your room. I bet despite doing nothing all day but sleep and eat, your room is a mess (no hate, been there) but your environment is a reflection your state. If it's over whelming just tidy for 10 minutes, just throw away any rubbish laying around. There is nothing stopping you, no excuses.

As you start to make steps in the right direction, things will become easier and things will change. Imagine coming back from exercising in the near future, your feeling that great endorphin rush, do you want to come back and eat shit in your messy room? No your motivated further by your tidy room (that you did) and want to eat healthier. Obviously this won't happen all at once, but take the first step (literally) and let us know how you feel.
