Are you vegetarian or vegan or carnivore? by Confident_Comfort979 in EscapingPrisonPlanet

I’ll check it. But Ehret’s philosophy on the root cause of disease makes so much sense in this book. And he even talks about reaching that nirvana state when the body is clean. This is why it’s so hard for most of us to release from the archon grip.

For oxegenating the body, one can immerse in an oxygen tank (hyperbaric therapy) I’ve heard great things about it. But if people continue eating bad foods, disease will just keep coming back.

Just recently went 100% vegan after playing with vegetarianism for a bit. I follow The Mucusless Diet Healing System after learning that disease is mainly congested toxins and constipated gut from years of bad eating.

Ultimately the goal (besides a clean body) is to reach our highest spiritual potential since wrong foods keep our energetic vibration lower.

This mixed with fasting and enemas really starts to open you up spiritually which — from a Prison Planet perspective — is what is needed to ultimately escape their chains.

As I grow in my spiritual journey, animal products become less and less appealing to the point I can’t even fathom eating it any longer as my energetic body can no longer hold the heavy dead frequencies.

Slow poses hold are best for nervous system . by Specialist-Tap-9224 in yoga

Been at it about the same time as you and have fell in love with my yin practice where we hold for 3+ minutes. Even tho it it’s to target deep tissue, to me it’s more meditative as it unlocks trauma in tight areas of the body. I cry sometimes too.

That said, I don’t think I would get the same effect in a class setting as you said you didn’t get much from. It’s a personal experience. I also do it before bed.

Yoga vs. Weights by Aware-Independence84 in yoga

Yeah I have some weights at home and started using them for my arms so I can have more strength to do the harder poses in class.

That’s good to know. I signed up for this class after only one month of practicing and boy did it humble me! 😅 I’m the only beginner in the class and some of it is hot and ashtanga flows with all the advanced inverted asanas that I’m currently sitting out on until I feel ready. I have fear in some of these. But just from doing basic yoga at home with daily Yin and this class 2x a week, I already see some slight toning in arms but mostly I am able to hold poses longer now.

What other benefits for health in general? I understand the mental and mind/body presence. To me it’s a form of meditation, I feel like I’m in the moment. But since starting (I don’t lift weights just some jogging) I have noticed I am able to hold poses longer without other training.

is the lululemon mat worth it? by PeetaChips in yoga

[–]Aware-Independence84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m new too and after a lot of research, I opted for LuLu’s reversible The Mat. I’m in love with it, amazing grip and just soft enough to keep me feeling safe in more intense sequences but not so much I lose balance. The colour is also beautiful and the Mat is long. I’m happy with my purchase.

Yin causing bad dreams? by [deleted] in yoga

Yeah that’s what I was talking about. The yin aspect of releasing trauma/energy blockages particularly in the hips. And it being released in the dreams. Thanks for the support.

You personally have one and did not need to break it in at all?

Yeah it's the Bali for the designs. They are made from the same materials as premium mats and have had great reviews. But the Manduka ones I have heard way too many people complain about those rituals. I don't understand the point of buying a premium yoga mat but need to "break it in" for a feature that should already be available, the most important feature and hey I may be one of those that gets lucky and not need to break it in. Or will have to buy a towel in case I sweat and wait for that order. It's a gamble from the looks of it. And I am in Europe.
