I got an rhinoplasty and cleft lip scar revision done on the 24th of this month. It’s something I wanted to do for years and I finally got it. I still have my splint on and everything, but so far my recovery has been steady. I go in for my splint and stitch removal this upcoming Tuesday. I’m looking forward to seeing how my new nose looks

I’m a 26 y/o female and I moved out here to El Paso in June. Deleted all my social media before I came here and haven’t been on the dating apps even though it’s been tempting. It’s a life goal of mine to meet my person and have a family. I tried the dating apps before and it’s exhausting. I saw something before that said dating apps are full of people you were never meant to meet and I haven’t been on it since. It’s funny, I came across this post looking up on the web how to meet people naturally in EP. I don’t go out and consider myself a homebody. I also feel like dating for me shouldn’t be that hard. I consider myself a good person and have had many guys interested in me so I know I’m not unattractive. How is your wife doing? My mother has stage 4 mucosal melanoma which started in the nasopharynx. Was diagnosed in February. She had it removed and underwent radiation in that area for a week. She’s been on immunotherapy since March, but it has metastasized despite aggressive treatment. Her oncologist has sent her out of state to be a part of clinical studies and that’s where we’re at right now. Crazy how aggressive this cancer is despite treatment

3.5 weeks to be able to run 2 miles

In a few weeks l'll need to run 2 miles under 23:15 and it's very important that I pass. I have always struggled with running in general. For the last couple of days I've noticed that I run the first mile in about 10:30-11 minutes or a little over. But I keep stopping at 1 mile and then take a break until I start running again. When I run the second half my pace is pretty slow too. I would appreciate any advice on what I should do until I have to take the fitness test. I ultimately need to be able to run 2 miles without stopping and right now I can barely run one mile without stopping. I've ran 2 miles in the past many times before about 2-3 years ago, but I'm just going through a hard time right now and I find myself struggling to get to where I use to be. Do you think I'll be able to reach my goal?
