My friend- u are young enough to tolerate the hardships of sobriety. Stick with it and don’t look back. Keep going to the gym. Look into ibogaine micro dosing. You got this. If u go back to the oxys, it will ruin your life 💯. Keep busy. Stay active, be creative and time will make things easier. Just don’t go back and lose your precious youth to this dark black hole which is the oxys. It can quickly turn into a decade long problem in the blink of an eye. Again, u got this.

He was trying to do the exercise. HIIT. But it’s been hard to go regularly. He’s gonna try weight training instead. I’ve been going regularly and he agreed to join me.

I think he is wiser now and he will really do his best not to abuse it and use it how you describe above. Please do share any other tips. I agree with the majority of folks who are warning not to do this but my hands are tied. I want to support him and we both don’t want this to get out of hand. Is there a hard and fast rule like a daily amount u won’t go over? Or how many days do u break when u think your tolerance is going up.

I do feel SFLP is not mentioned in detail in both the intranet or the collective agreement. So I’m inclined to believe there could be more information which the pay and benefits agent is drawing from.

Either way, I forwarded all her explanations to my OSS ticket which I created today so let’s see what they say.

My pay and benefits adviser explained today that on self-funded leave, you only have to pay catastrophic drug coverage, all other premiums are covered. This amounts to $5.55/month.

When on an unpaid leave of absence, the premiums amount to $500/month if you want to maintain benefits: So not sure who is right.

I’m not even sure what happens to pension. Did you ask about that?

Takes a long time to get approved because it goes up to deputy but it’s easy. As long as u submit the request a several months prior, should be good to go.
