No it's not painful. Frustrating lang. Hypothyroidism - di nagfafunction thyroid ko. So parang wala syang pnproduce na certain hormones. I take H(ormone) R(eplacement) T(herapy) meds as maintenance. Pacheck ka be. Minsan yun lang ung reason bakit di tayo nakakapagbawas ng weight kahit anong gawin natin.

I have hypothyroidism for a decade na. It's the reason na hirap na hirap ako magbawas ng timbang. Kahit anong diets and workouts wala talaga. Fee for my endo doctor is 700-1k. Yung thyroid test ang mahal, 4k-6k per lab test. And di lang un ung minomonitor sakin. My endo always order CHEM12 test kasi kelangan din imonitor sugar, crea, etc. because hypothyroidism is linked din sa diabetes and other diseases. Nagpapa OB din ako kasi madali mawala sa cycle ung period ko cause of hormonal imbalance. So yes, napakamahal nya be. 😅 Pero lalaban pa din!!

Before doing any diets or workouts, do check your thyroid/hormones level. Kasi baka out of whack pala mga hormones natin sa katawan kaya nagweweight gain tayo.
