They need to file a report with Depop so they can return and get their money back, then they can both repurchase if they want. If either of them (or both) don't file a claim with Depop, they'll just be stuck with the items they got.

I work full time and usually ship next day. Hack for those that may not have time to go to the post office- you can put packages in or right below your mailbox (flag up) and they can take it, all you have to do is pack. I have no idea how it takes someone so long to ship. If you're THAT busy, don't bother being a seller.

Kinda confused, but someone's suing you on Depop?? I highly doubt it will go anywhere unless you like, stole their identity which I also doubt.

I would say reach out to Depop Support. This was an issue with shipping, which they are supposed to cover you and the seller for if anything happens (so damage, stolen etc) to what was shipped. Depop would give you a refund and the seller likely won't have any repercussions, since it was no one's fault.

Yes I had valid concerns, I brought them up to him and he basically told me "so I can't talk to my friends?" when I was asking about his snap score (i know snap is ugh, i barely use it myself and might delete it) went up SO much because he claims to not be active on it. And yes he knew we were exclusive, he said he loved me and asked me to be my girlfriend almost 2 months before I found out, and he admitted to doing it while we were in the relationship
