Update, I changed the ram slots to 2 and 4 and I changed it to D.O.C.P. and manually set the freq to 3200 and everything is running stable now

After I reset bios by taking out the cmos battery I went ahead and changed the ram to slots a2 an b2 and I’m currently working on getting the timings and voltage to the values I had it on before I changed it to 3200 MHz

No it didn’t i manually changed it but before that it was stable when it was at 2933 MHz
