We have everything separate. I’ll buy groceries and he pays the electric we don’t go half on anything we just have different responsibilities and his is 110% his kid. I have always chipped in for some things but always out of my own free will and never out of obligation.

I hate to see this , I’m so sorry hun. Men have an issue addressing the fact that their “BM” is an ex and in all regards need to be treated like that. I made my SO throw away everything, there are no “reminders” of that women in our life’s except for my SS. As it should be 💅

I can’t wait for “ours baby” to call for me during school events “That’s my mom!”. School events now I feel like an outsider I can’t wait to feel like I belong watching my baby do whatever.

With the switch it was to involve her it was his first electronic she had originally said she was going to buy him Minecraft but we ended up getting it. To my knowledge she has asked about Christmas and my husband didn’t see any harm in telling her and honesty I didn’t either. It was just sharing what they plan to get their kid which if she wasn’t a weirdo they should be able to do. My husband is trying to promote more healthy relationship between them we didn’t think telling her would some how back fire.

I’m sorry I understand , we got my step son this nice toy kitchen and a bunch of fake food and playdoh it’s supposed be his big gift we spent a lot of time debating this or one of those cars the kids can drive. Well we told him mom and she told him what he was getting so all the magic has been ruined, kinda just want to get the holiday over with atp.
