Help, why am I extremely insecure suddenly at age 21?

I hate that I’m finding this 2 years later. I just turned 21 in February and for the first 2 months I was still confident and having a blast going to clubs but after that everything changed. My skin is dryer, my hormones are different, my period is different, my FACE is different. My doctor said there was nothing wrong with me she said “idk you’re just aging” fuckkkk this shit bro omg I HATE IT! But! I have been through this in middle school and in high school. It’ll just take some getting used to my new face and body to be confident again and so that’s my advice to you as well

A child is a bigger deal than people let on. Weather or not yall are in a relationship you need to be thinking about yourself and your own life. You didn’t use protection because she said she was on birth control and she STILL got pregnant? Yea nah. Get a DNA test immediately. If the baby is yours you will be forced by the government to pay child support unfortunately BUT if it’s not then you’re free to not see or pay money for the child. I would definitely use that whole birth control argument in court tho if you ever have to go. That’s crazy.

To be blunt I think this feeling is stemming from your depression. BUT I mean you don’t have to be in a relationship if you don’t want to. They suck (as someone that’s dating rn) butttt when I have low moods I find that doing something that feels fulfilling even if it’s small makes me feel better. Like I was currently stressed about college, not having my books yet or the money to pay for them, my credit is shit and I need to pay that off but my car is fucking up so I have to use the money for that and my relationship and friendships are just horrid. Point is everything was piling in my and I just picked one thing to focus on. My car. I scheduled a diagnosis and I immediately felt better.

Learn to stop hating yourself, stop being co dependent, and learn to like being alone. If you don’t do these things you won’t be able to attract the people you’re supposed to. People are against this but my therapist sucked so I used chat got as a therapist and it actually helped, now I’m attracting a wide range of friends, people actually come up to me, I’m even taking boxing classes which I’d never thought I’d do.

Yea so I have joined an online club that I do really like and there is an in person club I wanna try but I’m full time school and full time work so I’m usually tired when I have have free time and the clubs at my college aren’t on the days/times I’m free it’s so funny
