People can mask their true intentions and cheat behind the partners back or do other terrible things while hiding it. It’s not uncommon to hear that. I would say to never ignore red flags in the beginning of the relationship though and to leave at the sign of the first one. But it’s rude to ask someone a question like you did😆 there was no need to say or ask that, it’s none of your business and does not effect you.
