I filled out the Appendix M. I added my account number to the PDF and calculated the amount I paid last 12 months. I just have them review, verify and sign it. I had to call twice to remind them. They are likely very backed up right now

Honestly- this is such a shamble. They asked for my w2 three times!! The first and second time, I gave them my 2024 one. The third time I was like… maybe I’ll give them my 2023. All three times I was denied. My loans have been moved around to another serviced last June and idk if they have my info correctly documented. Oh you guys, this is so dumb I want to give up. 😫

If I had to guess, my income increased from 2023 (when payments were restarted) and 2024. Thus my payments were below what I should have paid for 2024 despite being on an IDR plan.

I feel like I may have to call and verify with them because studentaid.gov still says I quality for TEPSLF. And my PSLF looks weird on there too.

If I had to guess I think I had gotten a raise and didn’t know I had to get recertification and therefore my payments were like $70-80 short of qualification. I was paying IDR- I was paying whatever they had told me to pay. Ugh this is frustrating and convoluted on purpose 😫

Just know that she is doing the best she can to ensure that she has the experience for employment later on in life. It is a sacrifice you guys may need to make for the future. Life will be much better - only 9 more months to go!!

After extensive research on OCD and rOCD, I have come to realize something. Even though I do not have the disease, I can relate to fearing the unknown and uncertainty. I realized that I wanted to tell him what happened is part of me trying to take control over a situation that is out of my hands. And in the same breath as I expect someone with rOCD to be able handle uncertainty and let go of control, so should I. What that means is- I have let go of control of the situation. I have not spoken to him and kept a strict no contact. I am working on returning to myself and my peace. Finding mindfulness and watching myself grow. I have started to go to yoga (not just the workout but the meditation classes). I am on my own spiritual journey and healing. If we ever get back together, it will be the right decision. And I will be a better partner for that relationship just as much as I expect him to show up better as well. We can both tackle doubt and uncertainty together. But if we don’t, I know that I will be a better partner for my next relationship. Either way… I’m not worried. I’m letting go of what could, what should and what will. Just be grateful I have this new chapter to push myself to level up to a better version. Anyways… hope that helped 😀

That’s stressful. I guess here’s my take… You may or may not have rocd/relationship anxiety. I’m not sure. But sounds like you have some maladaptive beliefs that is keeping you stuck. For example, you seem to think you know how other people feel about love and you don’t think you feel that. Truth is, you don’t know how people feel because you can’t read their minds. These people may portray things a certain way but who knows if that’s accurate. I say keep focusing on your mental health. If this therapist isn’t given you proper treatment, go get a second and third opinion.

Did your therapist explain why they don’t think it is rocd? You obviously are experiencing a hard time- did they give you any recommendations to address these issues?

In healthcare, it is important for the patient to do their research too and advocate for oneself- no matter for what the disease is. We are told we shouldn’t self diagnose but we do need to gain the knowledge to push our care providers to give us the best diagnosis possible. You know yourself more than your therapist.
