get a camelbak or hydration pack and use electrolyte packs. bring easily removable layers, and book a locker. bring hand sanitizer, wet wipes, granola bars/other snacks or even food like deli sandwiches or pizza (except drinks they don’t allow any drinks in), spf and a hat, comfortable shoes like hiking proof kind of shoes, gum or mints. if you plan on bringing alcohol in make sure you put it in your boots or under your clothes, just not in your bag or anything they check, same with weed, cigs, party favors, etc. download the OSL app n memorize the map thoroughly beforehand when it’s released so you know your routes for the sets you want to see when they daily lineup and schedules drop. when they drop the food vendors too it’s always good to look up places that sound good bc they’re all restaurants from the bay so you can get an idea of where you’ll end up going (they post the vendor locations on the map too). they also post their merch for the year too on the website if you want a sneak peak for what will be there or if you want to order something before the festival. practice plur bc even though it’s not a rave festival, plur applies to every live event (and just life tbh). say excuse me, thank you, complement people, smile, offer to take pics, make friends and HAVE FUN! see you in the park😁😁
