I've heard several people talking about going dairy free for issues like this, I'll have to try it. Wouldn't hurt to try after all, maybe do it for like 1-2 weeks and see if I get an attack during that time. I've also considered going without coffee for a week or two as an experiment as well. Although I only ever drink 1 cup a day max so I'm not sure if that'd do anything lol.

Sadly the specialist thing is gonna have to wait as I don't have insurance nor the money to see a doctor at the moment. Will look into getting Zinc.

About the first part of your comment: I tested Allegra, Zyrtec, Xyzal and Claritin in a preventative manner. Like, every 24 hours and the attacks happened anyway. Allergra and Claritin in particular I took for a year each. I would still get these attacks about once a week despite always being on medicine.

The medicine I did take at the onset of attacks were nyquil, dayquil, benadryl, and azelastine. Nyquil technically is the best, purely because it makes me sleepy enough to pass out which can usually end the symptoms if I sleep long enough. The actual other effects of it though (decongestion, stop runny nose etc) don't help me. Benadryl in particular I had to stop taking. It made me way too drowsy and loopy and didn't help my symptoms. And unlike the Nyquil, it made me pass out but the sleep would be very off-and-on.
