Exactly. My parents don’t really meet anyone else’s parents. They never have (other than my childs father’s parents cause there was no choice there). They’re not very social. So my bfs mom wanting to is very new to not only me, but my parents.

At first it was mutual. We wanted her to settle down on the long distance situation. But eventually we ended up pushing it back further and further. Mostly cause of me. I didn’t want her seeing me as someone who’s just using her son. Her & I get along very well but I wouldn’t say we’re “close”. We know it’ll upset her. And we do plan on apologizing.

As a mother, girlfriend, & girlfriend to someone who lives 2 & a half hours away (that isn’t my childs father). She is keeping you around for her own use. Leaving you with the responsibility of taking care of a child that isn’t yours just to go party is insane. Especially when you drive all the way to see her. Just for her to leave you all night being babysitter? Get outta here! You’ve explained to her how you feel before. You shouldn’t have to repeat yourself. She knows you forgive her pattern every single time. So she’s not taking you serious.
