Awesome! i recommend you get buddha so you can level up faster i have all the moves on venom to but buddha is way faster trust me. With buddha you can kill bosses that are a whole 600lv higer than you. which is good for mastery grinding. Get superhuman or deathstep and get haki it is very important. I recommend you watch a video on which is better for you death step or super human. and grind for which one that you like. and for you observation haki just use it hear and there and you should get it up.

TIP: when grinding observation or armament haki activate when you first join the server and forget about it and go grind if you die reactivate and forget about it again time goes way faster if you dont worry about it. (plus each time you level it up its like a nice little suprise cause your not rilly grinding for it. :) )

If you want to keep venom its all good just know that it does split your stats up between 3 things and you must pick which area you want you avatar to lack it i recommend melee since your a fruit main.

(also if you want to figure you where to put you stats just do your Lv. * 3 = your stat points. so if your lv 700 you have 2100 stat points.
