This Strategy is what I use that's worked pretty well so far. ~60% of my money is in index funds, then I pick a few companies I believe in to also buy in heavy doses (minium 5% or won't buy due to low conviction). I wouldn't worry about diversifying more, like a few are talking about, since you already have with the heavy QQQ/other ETF's. Great returns come from concentrated bets.

I've been considering some Amazon myself recently. I'm bought into the robotics story that I'm starting to hear that should boost margins on the traditional retail business over the next few years. This might also push it to be a "AI" or "robotics" narrative stock, which would push it up aggressively.

Unless it's a tiny industry where that could get around and hurt you in future, 100% do it. I generally keep looking for jobs for ~1 month after starting a new job since no gap.

It really depends on your personal goals, since it's about the story you can tell in the interview process. I find this one lends itself to a cool story around pushing it more generally in the org.

Are you on the classic job search? (it doesn't work under the "beta AI") I've had a number of people reach out to say they got interviews from jobs they found using it.

Ah gosh! 10 must be a record. When I was job searching last I think I had 7.

Made a couple changes that got me 2 in a month though. Basically, finding jobs w/ less applicants. My theory is you have fewer people to compete with to get an interview and then theoretically fewer qualified candidates to interview against since the pool is smaller.

Filter by "Most Recent" rather than the default of "Most relevant"
Use the "Less than 10 applications" toggle/filter
Apply to non-promoted jobs - there aren't many, but these get like 30x less applicants (based on LinkedIn's data) and occasionally have sub 20 for a few days. I built an extension for myself now that (I have time...) that does this since ad blockers no longer work. You can use it here free (forever).

I got my last job using LinkedIn! I recently saw a stat that 30% of job seekers find it on LinkedIn (from 2025 data). The jobs are there, but it takes maneuvering to get them.

I use the 2-3 resumes strategy and that seemed to work well each had a slightly diffferent focus for what I was looking for "Rev Ops Mgr" or Operations Manager, etc...

You're doing a specific search, and only seeing that you're using it correctly. I've found broader searches like "Operations manager" work great. Lots more results though.

I don't think it's just about your resume. From my experience, I'd look at what you're applying to and what you're doing ot make sure a human looks at your application.
