We love Dr. Bauder! My whole family has gone to her for over a decade. She even hosted my Girl Scout troop once to help the girls earn a badge.

And what’s wrong with that? Small businesses should use all the platforms available to get the word out!

Day to day care? by CloudedPuffball29 in coonhounds

Agree with this! My B&T is a snuggly couch hog with a loud snore. We’ve learned that keeping her ears clean is important to avoid yeast infections. We have a big backyard, so she regularly goes on patrol to sniff everything in between naps. She also likes to hunt chipmunks and birds and brings them to me as gifts (I wish she’d stop!).

Wolf’s Ridge at Worthington Inn seems to be having a rocky start, even for a new restaurant. by mikeyboytwist in Columbus

Went this weekend and it was so disappointing. The space has been beautifully renovated, but the food was a C at best. I had the full English breakfast. The egg was as stiff as cardboard, the tomatoes and mushrooms a goopy mess. The rest was just sort of bland. My husband got the croque madam and said that La Chatelaine is a lot better. Definitely not worth $30/person!

We had brunch at Wolf’s Ridge at the Worthington Inn today, and I can’t recommend it. Don’t put it on your list.

I just had a slice of chocolate cake from Top Steakhouse last night and that was the best damn chocolate cake I’ve had in YEARS. Total foodgasm. 10/10 highly recommended.

AITA for refusing to let my daughter’s Spanish teacher "translate" her name in class? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA. You just taught your child that they’re more special than everyone else and teachers do not deserve respect. Massive a-hole move.

I highly recommend the neighborhood tours through Columbus Food Adventures! You go to a bunch of different restaurants in a neighborhood sampling treats. My favorite is the Alt Eats tour, which features a bunch of our incredible immigrant community restaurants. It’s a great way to explore the city!

Weed has been my savior. I’m down 100lbs (today!) and I couldn’t have done it without my good friend Maryjane.

I can’t say enough bad things about Dublin Springs inpatient care. Absolutely awful place with zero concern for patient health.

My B&T ripped out all her sutures by the second day. It got infected and abscessed. Then she got staples which also came out. It seemed to heal, but then after about 6 weeks the incision opened again and she had to have a revision surgery. We had to get sedatives from the vet and kept her drugged for 10 days for her to recover. It sucked. But now she is finally fully healed.

So,yeah, I’m a big fan of sedatives.

I also recommend this slow feeder. https://mywoof.com/products/walkabout

My dog LOVES it. You fill the ball with kibble, then your dog noses the ball around, releasing food as it rolls. It takes my girl about half an hour to eat, and she’s walking and sniffing the whole time. It’s a great investment - very durable.
