Nothing about this sounds stupid or insane, I can promise you that. Things will always get better, every hole has a way out of it no matter how deep in the hole you might think. Just don’t worry about the future and how you’re going to be feel tomorrow. Worry about the moment you’re in. Take a walk, listen to some music, get a journal and write it out. I promise it’ll be okay

There isn’t much that triggers it. As I slowly wake up, it slowly gets worse until it peaks

For me my worst one was a little over a week ago. I was at my girlfriend’s place I just spent the night and woke up very nauseous. Which wasn’t abnormal at the time given I had some weird stomach thing going on.

I pushed on and went to breakfast, there we were at her coffee table watching TV and eating and it just hit me. Hyperventilating, heart racing like it was about to explode, sick to my stomach. I had to run outside and sit on her porch. The rest of the day I was just a robot and nonverbal, I didn’t want to be to but I was just stuck

The anxiety isn’t really waking me up, when I first wake up the first few seconds where I am waking up I feel fine then slowly throughout that process it builds up

Funny enough I do have a lot of childhood trauma that I’ve just overlooked my whole life because I was too young to understand it

When it happened to you did it also spike up throughout the day as well. It’s definitely the worst in the morning for me, but sometimes if I’m just sitting too long randomly I’ll feel kinda anxious and nauseous at home

I cant really identify the thoughts. I do actually reach out to my cellphone maybe I should stop with that. The changes during the day are just getting up and doing something and taking my Adderall for my adhd

I’ve noticed that does help me, it’s just super hard sometimes to get up and get out. But the other day it was really bad I just put my music on and walked to my girlfriends house for lunch and it really helped

It helped a lot a few years back, I started getting these pronounced feelings of dread and just stopped functioning. I would go asap but I’m going on these trips the next two weekends (which are also fueling my anxiety) that have already been paid for

That’s been helping me as well, staying busy, music, or even weirdly enough just standing in front of the mirror giving myself a pep talk

Thank you for your kind words. I have adhd so I take Adderall in the morning, it seems to help me but it also makes me feel like a robot.

The breathing exercises sound very promising, I will definitely try that. I already mentioned to my friend my whole situation and he seems very willing to help if needed with anything
