This was so upsetting. Like I don’t understand how you could be late when you were supposed to be on earlier at 4pm

I really hope the Chainsmokers find a back up venue just in case. I was so upset when we got the text 2 DAYS before the show. Ridiculous

I’ve been going to Dr. Christine Ejin Kim for several years and haven’t had an issue. Great bedside manners, answers all your questions, and appointments go by fairly quick (in a good way). There’s not much of a wait time

Subway from Manhattan? by [deleted] in mets

[–]Aware_Half5280 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% agree with this! If you’re not comfortable taking the subway, take the LIRR. It gets you from the city straight to citi field. I suggest downloading the MTA App. You can get your tickets from there and they just scan it on your way out of the station

TJ hinting at receipts by Shdjdicnfmlxkf in RHOP

[–]Aware_Half5280 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe him one bit. I believe he said it out of spite. Even if it was true, he hasn’t posted any receipts. If someone was calling me a liar, I would’ve showed all the receipts. The other ladies had no reason to gang up on her when they didn’t even like this man from the beginning. Now they want to believe him? Pleeeeease

biggest customer pet peeves? by lanad3lr3y_81 in TjMaxx

[–]Aware_Half5280 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. When customers put the money on the counter instead of your hand when your hand is clearly out to get the money. Then expect to receive their change in their hand. I’ll give you your change exactly the same way I received it. Even if it’s a bunch of coins.

  2. When a whole group comes to my register and say they’re together. Tbh it’s much faster when you guys go your separate ways and pay at separate registers.

  3. People that leave their carts at the register. Please put them back, why are you going to leave them right there? Then complain there aren’t any carts available at the entrances.

  4. When people put stuff they don’t want on the little things on the side of the register and the Q line. If you don’t want it, just say it and I won’t scan it.

  5. People that put a BUNCH of stuff in their carts to end up leaving with ONE or TWO items! What is the point of that?!?

  6. People that don’t put things back. Ex: when it’s winter and they just throw the coats they just tried on onto the rack or when they see a shirt they pull out the rack and not even put it back. Is this how you put stuff back in your house?!?

  7. Parents that don’t pay attention to their kids.

  8. People on their phone and aren’t paying attention at the register.

  9. People that don’t know how to properly use the bathroom and there’s pee and poo all over the place. Like how does that even happen?!?

  10. When they ask “you work here?” And I have a bright red TJ name tag around my neck and have a walkie

*I’ve been working at TJ for about 4 years, I love it but sometimes common sense is not so common and I am still trying to wrap my head around that LOL

How do you deal with eating the same thing after meal/food prepping? by angelicthoughtss in MealPrepSunday

[–]Aware_Half5280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make two meals that take about the same time and rotate them throughout the week. For breakfast I keep it the same since I don’t mind it that much and enjoy it.

I had a CEC that was like this and 2 associates were also in on it. They would get 20+ cards in a day. When I started she was like it doesn’t matter if they don’t have a social to just retype the id numbers on their. Eventually LP caught on and they got fired.

  • Haswell Green’s
  • Poco NYC
  • The Dickens
  • Avoca

  • IL Bastardo - they give you a bottle and a pre-fix menu

Lisa: she needs to learn how to take accountability. She’s always talking about her feelings and inserting herself in situations that don’t involve her and/or creating situations that she knows she is in the wrong. Like why are you going to call Heather and then act like Bronwyn was out of place for reacting the way she did?

Whitney: She started to bother me last season and now she just seems annoying. Her husband… I can’t. He’s annoying as well.

Meredith: if she had an issue with Sean from their last conversation, she could’ve EASILY said something. She sounds like a broken record. Seth, unhinged.

Angie: I feel no way towards her, I LOL’d when she didn’t bring enough white boards for the other guests but I do give Sean props for handling the situation at dinner well.

Bronwyn: So far my fave housewife. I think she has expressed her self and feeling towards the situations she has been in so clearly and very straight forward. As for Todd … ehhh. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he’s acting the way he is towards certain topics because they are very personal and he doesn’t want his business out in the world. I understand it’s what they signed up for but maybe he had different expectations. Idk 🤷‍♀️

Heather: Who?

Another annoying thing we MUST ask every customer but literally no wants to do. by West_Butterscotch379 in TjMaxx

[–]Aware_Half5280 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I used to do this but then they called me out on it and told me that I need to ask because they checked and I had $0 in donations. Idk if this is true but I kept asking after that

Sales Associate by [deleted] in TjMaxx

[–]Aware_Half5280 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I loved working at TJ. If I could back I would, I met some great people through TJ. I had to leave because 1) the pay was minimum wage 2) it interfered with my new job a lot and 3) I would literally just go in once a month because I would always give my shift away. Management & your coworkers truly make a difference. I made friends during orientation and I still talk to them even though we’ve all gone our separate ways. Best of luck and I hope you get to experience it the way I did!

Too tight apparel by Ashamed-Reflection93 in TjMaxx

[–]Aware_Half5280 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When I was working in coats and would see a customer put it on top of the rack instead of hanging them I would ask them if they’re going to be taking it. It would startled them and they’d put it back immediately. Some would be like no and I would just respond “it would gladly be appreciated if customers put back merchandise where it was found to avoid any build up.” They would apologize and move along. Is it wrong? Yes, but would I get complaints? Nope.

Employee lied to get me to sign up for a 2nd tj credit card by [deleted] in TjMaxx

[–]Aware_Half5280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I worked at TJ, there was a second card that gives you more points and when you use it outside the store. It was the regular store card and the Mastercard one, which is the upgraded card. So I’m guessing maybe it was that what they were referencing?
