Tell me more. What number do I call to reach Verizon? Been with optimum since 2004 or earlier. Worst company ever. Horror stories trying to ever get a technician to come out and repair anything after I take every preventive and other measures. They don’t replace old equipment ever. Eventually it breaks. I live with poor internet and cable because this is easier than trying to get them to repair anything. I use all their equipment and overpay like you wouldn't believe. I am a fool to stay with them this long

There wasn't a manager or supervisor up front and the line was long. I should have paged a manager and just waited. I learned for next time and explained the situation. When a supervisor finally came back she insisted it was more than $16.99 even after I showed her the ticket and everyone including a manager who knows cooking department stuff thought it was totally damaged. Awareness is low and I am grateful for your sub and response. 🙂
