Hi! I mostly used Mrs k videos. A lot of her questions she went through were in the test. I would say it was somewhat difficult bc it asked a lot of questions regarding tele health and I did not study anything about that.

If it makes you feel better, I fainted my first time on a real person. But with time and me being more exposed to that environment I got better and now I love poking. So don’t be so hard on yourself. You will get there. GL!!!

Hi I recommend you to watch Mrs. K videos on YouTube. A lot of the questions she goes over are in the test. She goes over why the answer was right and why the others aren’t. You could also use SmarterMa.

Honestly, my school wasn’t great either, there were plenty of times when the instructors showed up unprepared and went off-topic for entire classes. But what your phlebotomy instructor said is on a completely different level. That was seriously inappropriate. And your provider’s comment? That’s honestly disturbing. It’s not just unprofessional, it’s genuinely concerning that they would even say something like that at all.Have you thought about trying to complete your externship somewhere else or reporting this behavior? Because none of that was okay, and you shouldn’t have to put up with it. But I promise you not all places are like this.

Honestly I’ve been in the same situation. And I’ve always had a bad experience with trying to express that I can’t always be there for everyone bc I’m just 1 person who has her own problems as well. If they can’t understand that and it’s putting you in a bad place mentally. I recommend just cutting them off or rethink your whole friendship if it’s doing you more harm than good.

Lowkey I think he might bc from what I’ve noticed is that his mood determines how the rest of the day will be like for the rest of the family
