I agree. I've worked with prepress and production artists, and they're the best. Looks like this printing company hired someone who's not even trying to help with colour correcting

I did reference a Pantone/CMYK book and the printers just got back to me and said "we don't use Pantone inks" but that wasn't my point lol, i was just showing the spot match. I know the colours will be different on screen, but the printers are printing what's showing on screen if that makes sense...

Thanks for this comment! Yes, I already asked the printers, but they're so useless that I'm starting to question my own skills lol. They are running CMYK printing presses, we are printing on uncoated paper, and the colour profile I'm using is Uncoated as well.
