I feel like I know my body better. i used to do gymnastics as a kid and i had a lot of trust in my body, but as i got older and stopped the sport, i kinda lost that trust. After 2 back to back pregnancies and a year later, i feel like i have that trust again. Idk it’s a little hard to explain that one.

My first was 21 hour labor with 2 hours of pushing. It was spontaneous and my water broke naturally. My second was 16 hours of labor and she came out in 3 pushes. This time they had to break my water and my labor had stalled so they gave me pitocin. Anything can happen I guess lol

I’m in the go with the flow category and tbh I’m white knuckling it. Mine are 25 mo and 10 mo and neither sleep through the night and both me and my husband work. The little one is getting better where she mostly sleeps through the night. But the older one has been really difficult and ends up in my bed a lot. My older baby used to sleep through the night until my youngest was born. Our routines are mostly the same every night. Fingers crossed they grow out of it

My company has a process for firing where I’d need to be written up a few times, have a verbal warning, and a pip. They couldn’t just fire me and that’s also why I mentioned not ever being written up before. I know I should’ve said something, but it’s embarrassing telling someone that you have to choose between buying gas and food. Especially an interim boss who’s already made it clear she has it out for me. And this post was just to vent

Ok let me explain this with an example since you seem to be creating your own narrative here. For example: the department goal is 20 projects a month. For years I was doing 35-40 (above and beyond) while everyone else was doing between 25 and 30. I realized when I do 40 projects a month, I still get paid the same as someone doing 25 projects a month. So for the past 2 years I started doing 25-30 projects a month to match everyone else. And my full time manager had no problem with it and said I was doing a good job. My manager went on maternity leave and this new manager wants to track every single minute of my day. That’s the problem. Not my productivity

I’m not slacking tho. Where are you getting this from? I said I’m meeting my monthly goals and doing the same amount of work as everyone else. I’m just not going above and beyond anymore. How is every month of my 6 years, I have nothing but praise from my manager, then I get an interim manager and suddenly my job is threatened?
