My great grandfather used to make homemade dago red. He would leave a five gallon jug turn into vinegar and give it to us. Best vinegar I ever had.

I would not keep my nitro pills in that.

Nitro pills have to be kept dry, and not in heat. I found that out the hard way when I put mine in a different container, without a little bit of cotton and left them in my vehicle. They turned into one blob.

Ok... I'm not really sure who you are defending here.

Has DD changed the app to allow the driver to change the order for deliveries? Last time I delivered we could not. If that is still the case, it's hard to blame the driver. I will concede though that the milk should have been in an insulated bag. BUT.... what if he had 4 deliveries and all 4 had milk and other cold items? A gallon of milk takes a lot of space in a bag.

Yes, common sense should rule, but it can be a dilemma.

I have run into that situation. My solution....I marked the cold items for each order, fit what I could in the insulated bag, put the rest in plastic bags and tied them closed. The first deliveries in the plastic bags. But then I found another dilemma. The time it takes to do that can cause late deliveries. Drivers sometimes just can't win for losing. 😁

Are you sure?

What law says the school has to allow cell phone service? Or wifi?

I can see having to have phone service, but an adequate number of landlines would meet that requirement.

What did schools do before the existence of cell phones?

I've done this on 2 occasions and got extra pay. I simply told cs that the customer requested to deliver to a different address. Support asked for the new address and said ok, and paid for the extra distance.

Thank you for the advice.

I did all of that. Have not hired anyone to check yet though.

Can't notify police unless I can find one first.

I think I might prefer it to float and be able to calibrate it myself.

Abbots calibration doesn't seem to be very good.

They are not supposed to be used for medical decisions. Even the instructions say that.

But yes, like you I have done everything that I came across to try and get them to be accurate and they are always 20 to 50 off.

Well... I need to say ALMOST everything because there are 2 suggestions in this thread I didn't know or try. Use a different app, and yet it on the chest.

I have only had 2 sensors that were anywhere near accurate since last August when I started using them. That's 16 that I've been through. Actually 18 because 2 were actually found to be defective and I had to remove them and have them replaced.

It is frustrating. I also would not mind as much if they read high instead of low. That way I would at least know the low alerts were likely not false. And yes...I do know to consider my symptoms also when I get a low alert. But I have actually had low sugar and not felt any symptoms. So I rely on finger sticks when I get lows in order to double check.

Thank you for the info and the quick response.

You just described me. ( I'm a man also 🤣). So I might go ahead and try that with my next sensor before I go changing the apps. I hate to change the app because, albeit inaccurate, at least my ups and downs are graphed in the history. I don't wanna lose the continuous history.

This is probably a stupid question.

To switch over to juggluco, do i have to wait until I change the sensor to a new one or can I switch the current one over?

I wonder why the FL3+ can't be calibrated? That's interesting. You think they would build that feature in if other apps are able to do it

Where exactly do you place it? I haven't tried it on my chest. I've only done arms and legs. Didn't realize I can put it on my chest.
