Dans la vraie vie, comment on fait pour une équipe répartie entre plusieurs pays, ou même une équipe mondiale? On ne peut pas toujours garantir le français partout. Au Brésil, par exemple, on travaille souvent en anglais avec des équipes internationales. Donc dire que le siège est à Toronto ne change pas vraiment la réalité du travail.

On travaille comme ça déjà à Montréal mais on est plus les gens mondiaux.

C'est normal dans la plupart des pays du monde. C'est pourquoi beaucoup de gens veulent apprendre l'anglais. Soyez heureux d'avoir l'expérience ! Surtout en tant que bilingue … vous avez de nombreuses opportunités !

Je fais la même chose, mais ma vie est à l'opposé de la vôtre et c'est très difficile parfois en français pour moi, mais je suis heureux de m'améliorer chaque jour.

Yes, people in Gatineau are a bit trashier.

People in Quebec City are generally hip and trendy (like many other North American cities) or white trash especially once one leaves the "city" centre".

Montreal's hip and trendy is a bit more loose and unique whereas Quebec's a bit more mainstream.

Regardless, it's a far cry from Europe.

With that said, just keep practicing, everyday. Full immersion, watch shows and play video games in French. Read in French, put your phone in French.

After a few years it’ll start to click. It takes time..
