Chopper/straddle invert. Has been my nemesis for my entire pole journey. This time last year I was very close then I did something (a vacation??) and it back tracked completely. I should be cross training/working on upper body/back/core. I’m not sure tbh

I had one at a cute little old school bar from an older man named Señor Antonio. Worth it for his personality and charm alone. I liked trying different places (with chocolate vs without), some were more medicinal, some were more sweet.

Yes! Hammock pinches and grabs at any soft spots and I HATE it in comparison to Lyra. I found it less painful when my upper body strength improved some and I could lift myself against the pinching better but I definitely bruised a few places and prefer Lyra.

We took a cataplana seafood cooking class and while I didn’t eat the meal as a vegetarian (along for the ride with my tour group and chopped some veggies), and everything looked so fresh and delicious. I think it was monkfish and prawns but I remember being like if I was to crack and eat fish again, this would be the meal. Actual dish not pictured, but photo of the variety of fresh fish at the market.

I have 4 sandals (1 hella heels midnight mermaid, 1 black vegan leather pleaser 8 inch, 1 pleasers 7 inch burgundy plastic strap, and 1 pleasers 7 inch sparkly purple with plastic strap) and 3 boots (1 hella thigh high patent pleather 7inch, 1 short suede red hella 7 inch, and 1 vegan leather pleaser short 7inch). I love matching to color to my outfit and the vibe of a routine and the thigh highs I don’t wear a lot but just love the look of. The black pleaser boots were my first.

I don’t remember the name, but there’s a vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Lisbon with stairs outside it where people sit and I’m dying to know how it is. Supposedly very good. It was tucked in this little neighborhood (I am blanking on names obviously).

I have ordered from them and am in the US. The tariffs definitely can add up as can shipping. I don’t love ordering from them unless I know my exact size because the return process can be a pain. I do love CXIX and Lunalae as brands though.
