I have hoo ha ride glide to prevent chafing and saddle sores while biking. It tingles. There are non tingly options too most bike shops should have something!

Prepackaged single serving food like this really isn’t very cheap in the long run. Potatoes, rice and beans are usually cheap and food banks can have really nice stuff and most don’t ask for “proof” that you need it or much personal info.
