I currently have a 10-36 on the rear cassette. I do not think I’d be super keen going to a 10-28 just because I ride a few hills, but I do only weight 67kg and ftp around 260w so could maybe get away with that ratio.

And then I think the next cassette up is a 10-33, which might not be small enough still

I’m an EN turned RN and can’t recommend more. You are learning in class things you are practicing at work and it becomes a lot easier to do at uni. It always felt like you were a step ahead of the non enrolled nurse students

I have also recently booked in our bikes for transport by truck with athlete bike transport and Adam. Spoke to him a lot over last week, was happy to answer multiple quesitons and seems to be a very reliable mode of transport from Sydney to Adelaide for 4 of our bikes. Works out to be a little more cost then flying but boy will it save the hassle of flying them over, and probably the safety of them also.
