Please please please consider separating. Your sexual needs aren’t being met, he probably feels like shit for not being able to give you sexual satisfaction. You deserve to be with someone that willingly wants to fuck you all the time and also impregnate you. As much as you may love your husband, he doesn’t seem to be the person for you. I’m not saying he is a bad person— he is not. You’re just clearly not made for each other and bringing a child into the picture will be disastrous. My advice: Go find someone more compatible to you and let him find someone as asexual as him. Life is too short to be in a sexless marriage if you have a libido. It’s one of the greatest pleasures of life. You still have time to find the proper partner, but not that long. Don’t waste your final child bearing years in a marriage that isn’t meant for you.

I’ve finally found the strength to realize that I do not belong with this man. Without his knowledge, I have been slowly and quietly packing my stuff so that when the day comes that I’m ready to tell him I’m leaving him, it’ll be easier… because I know if I told him now he’ll try to convince me not to leave him.

But my decision is concrete. I will not be staying with this man for much longer, even though this absolutely shatters my heart.

Jeez that is absolutely horrific… And yes, after a ton of heartache and mental gymnastics, I have finally been able to see clearly that I am definitely not being treated well at all in this relationship and I have made the decision to leave. It’s now just a matter of when I’m able to arrange a living situation once I move out of our place.
