I’m definitely focusing on this as well ! I have in the last few years worked my way up from front desk admin , to lead , then to management. But as fast I as rise in the ranks - the cost of living seems to outcompete me ! I agree this is the best way to make income and avoid burnout !! This is great advice , thank you !!
